Did you know that with an addition of an embossing mat, you can emboss your cardstock with a stencil?

It allows you to add extra dimension to your card creation. I used the Close To My Heart Slimline Card Front Stencil Pack 1, which is also a layered stencil that creates this great geometric pattern.

I used Avocado Exclusive Inks™ Stamp Pad, Mist Exclusive Inks™ Stamp Pad & Harbour Exclusive Inks™ Stamp Pad with the Blending Brushes to apply the ink over the stencil

The dimension I added with the embossing can still be made out with the ink blending over it, giving it a slight 3D look & feel.

To finish off I used the Best Wishes Thin Cuts die to finish off with Harbour Cardstock &
White Daisy Cardstock & added a Harbour Cardstock matt behind the embossed & stenciled background.
