This card combines the bold images from the Terrific Toadstool stamp set with the delicate illustrations from Storybook Friends. The result is a whimsical and eye-catching scene. This project is a great way to practice your fussy cutting skills and experiment with different stamp combinations.

I started by stamping out the images & colouring in the hedgehog with Stampin’ Blends. I fussy cut out the Toadstools & once I had all the pieces together I attached to the ornate oval frame & then onto the card. I finished off by stamping Just a little mote of thanks.

I really wasn’t sure if this would look good together or not but I had to try the idea I had in my head. The hedgehog is a woodland creature & Toadstools are found in the woods so they should work together but the design of these sets is very different. I was happy how it turned out & as Storybook Friends has Rabbits & Squirrels I could create a bunch of these.
