Have you ever looked at a stamp and thought, What else can I turn this into? That’s exactly what happened when I saw the Painted Stripes Background Stamp—and suddenly, I saw TREES!
With a little ink blending using Crumb Cake and Early Espresso ink, I transformed these stripes into a woodland backdrop.
Then, I carefully cut slits in the stamped design to tuck in my adorable raccoon, bear, and hedgehog from the Peekaboo Forest Bundle for a peek-a-boo effect.
To add even more dimension, I sanded my two-tone cardstock for rustic tree tops and layered patterned paper for the grass.
The final touch? A bold Oh Hey die cut to tie it all together!
