The Cherishing Her – February Stamp of the Month is a great stamp set to celebrate the females in your life, be it your mother, sister, aunt or even your female friend. You are sure to find something that works no matter who you create for.

My first card I decided to create with the Card Front Spinner Thin Cut die – which has become a new favourite tool

The words in the Rainbow Wishes worked well with the sentiments from Cherish Her to allow the sender multiple options to describe their friend. I stamped the flowers so you could not see the ribbon & stems & coloured in with markers.

My next card I couldn’t go past using this sweet Nan image from You’re Not Old & I just love the fact she is holding an oversize bunch of flowers

I used the pink watercolour paper from Celebrate Today Paper Pack, coloured in the images with markers & fussy cut both out & then added extra flowers on foam tape to hide joins & give height. The heart zip strip really helped to finish off the card.

This next card I wanted to try a different colouring technique & not white cardstock & I was happy with the result

I stamped with versamark ink & white embossed & coloured with the Clear Shimmer Brush & added a few loose sequins.

Bonus Card Idea

So I actually created & shared an idea using this stamp set last month for the Freshly Made Sketches #417. But I really loved how it turned out so I am re-sharing t here for another idea on how to use this stamp set. I used the middle stitch rectangle with some mix-in papers matted on a torn bottom mix -in & coloured my flowers in with markers.
