Paper Layering – CTMH Technique Blog Hop

Welcome to this month’s Technique Blog Hop where we the theme is to “Paper Layering!” with Close To My Heart products.

If you have arrived here from Haley Dyer then you are in the right place.

If you landed here by accident, no problem, please join in by following the link at the end of this post.

Adding paper layers can help create depth & interest in your cards & scrapbook projects. This is something that I do in a lot of my papercrafting projects as it is a simple technique to incorporate.

This project , that I am calling Pawsome Layers, I layered the banners so that you could see parts of the papers under them. I also overlapped the main image over the square dog bone pattern paper.

The next layered card “Merry Layers” I layered the stitched square over cardstock & ontop of the two pieces of pattern paper banners.

I’d love for you to leave a comment before you head on over to Miss. Carrie’s Creations to get more Back to the Basics ideas.

If you like to get any of the products that I have used in this project, please contact your Close To My Heart Consultant or if you do not have a consultant & an Aussie, I would love for you to place an order with me on my website

Till Next time
See you soon

  7. These are both great. I love the dimension with the coloring of the images on the Christmas card, they look like they are going to jump off the card.
