I was going through my stamp sets & seen that I had not used the On the Farm Stamp + Thin Cuts set that I brought last year. At the time I brought it I had so many ideas, but for some reason I never created anything with the set, so today I thought I would change that & there was still time to make something for the Freshly Made Sketches #572.

I thought the two cows would be good to use to replace the two circles on the card front & so I stated to to work on the design.
I started off with some Distress Watercolor Cardstock, & used a mixed of oxide inks with water to colour it in. I layered the watercolour & added some ink splatters for texture & then stamped the little tuffs of grass with the oxide ink once the cardstock was dry.
This was attached to the card base. I stamped & die cut out the cows & coloured them in with just a couple of TriBlend™ Markers & attached them to the card & finished off with a Just Because Sentiment.

I liked how the fact that I got to be a bit messy creating the grass, but it still turned into a clean & simple card. You can view the process below.
I hope you enjoyed what I created.

Til next time, see you soon & keep creating!
