The Colour Dare challenge Color Dare #556 – Six Pack got me searching my pattern papers to find what I had to match the colours & I decided to incorporate the Sketch 532 into my design.
Update: I became a Diamond Winner with this Colour Dare Challenge.
By combining the two challenges I created this cute panda card
I started with cutting up the little flags out of the pattern paper that I could find that had Desert Rose, Ballerina, Mulberry, Periwinkle, Glacier, and Avocado. I found a lot of pattern paper that had Ballerina, Mulberry & Glacier so I focused on this.
I decided to create my background with a brayer using Ballerina, Glacier & Periwinkle. Then using the edge of the Avocado ink pad I created my bamboo.
I stamped & fussy cut out Cute Pandas to add to the card & then I completed this off by cutting a strip of Glacier cardstock to ground them.
I encourage all of you to embrace challenges like the Color Dare & a Sketch Challenge. They not only stretch your creativity but also provide an opportunity to connect with other crafters who share the same passion. It’s a wonderful way to learn, grow, and be inspired!
